Cheddar Stars Quilt
Thirty-six beautiful cheddar colored plaid stars sit crisply against an off-white muslin fabric on this lovely summer quilt. Her beauty is in her simplicity and in the lovely shirting fabric used for her stars. There are two very small cutouts (4” x 5”) on two corners likely to go around bed posts but they are small enough to be negligible if not needed. This quilt is what if usually termed a “summer quilt” as it does not have any batting; the cream fabric does have a nice weight. In overall very good shape with just a couple very light and small watermarks and stains, and one area of discoloration on a corner star (see photos.) She has been cleaned (not by me) and is ready to bring a touch of sparkle to your home.
Measurements: 83” x 84”
Included with this quilt is a hardcover copy of Sophie Blackall’s picture book Farmhouse.
