Provenance/Notes:
Celebrate the autumn season with this stunning 19th century beauty with the most wonderful array of old fabrics, patiently and expertly pieced into Chestnut Burr blocks
The turkey red center accents add a vibrant touch to the warm, neutral landscape of browns and creams (though look closely and you will see a wide variety of colors in the fabrics!)
This quilt has been very well preserved and loved and the fabrics still retain their crisp beauty
Maker/origin unknown
In overall very good condition for her age with just a couple minor seam separations, a touch of wear along the trim and a couple tiny spots — nothing that stands out. A thin quilt with no batting; steam cleaned.
Measurements: 82” x 82”
