Flowers & Checkers Log Cabin Quilt
Such a fun and playful assortment of fabrics were used to piece this vintage Log Cabin quilt! The quilter did a masterful job finding combinations of contrasting fabrics to create the alternating dark and light areas in the Barn Raising pattern. Notice how the yellow pops like little peeks of sunshine! The back is a gorgeous colorful floral print on black which was turned to make the trim. In excellent condition and washed by hand, with just a couple very small popped seams that would be easy mends (see last photo). A medium-weight quilt perfect for winter days but also light enough for spring.
Measurements: 66.5” x 88.5”
