Notes: From a prominent New York collection of red and white quilts. Beautiful, small blocks; excellent workmanship. A touch more batting than a very thin quilt, which makes dense quilting work even more notable. Vibrant colors. Overall great condition. One small area with some light tiny scattered paint marks, a few cream areas with a touch of residual staining, a couple tiny surface holes — none of this stands out very much. Washed by hand and ready to treasure.
