Watercolor Ocean Waves Quilt
A beautiful ocean waves quilt that needed to be rescued through a deep soak and cleaning process, which lifted her darker stains and left a gorgeous ombre palette of pale yellows to light greens. Laid across a bed or folded over a chair, this quilt is the colors of a lazy brook on a sunny day, a watercolor of spring colors. She is structurally in wonderful condition, with just some edge wear, but does have some light residual staining in places (see photos) that blend in pretty nicely with the color scheme. Beautifully pieced and quilted with lovely flowers in the negative spaces, she is a gorgeous quilt to enjoy every day and would be at home in both a modern or traditional setting.
